Build a stronger, more mobile body and a yoga practice you actually want to come back to
Online Yoga with Nicola

Yoga that meets you where you are.

Maybe you used to practise regularly, but life got in the way.
Maybe your body has changed since you last stepped onto a mat.
Or perhaps you’ve been practising for a while and you’re ready to go deeper, building strength, improving mobility and developing a more connected relationship with your breath and body.
You don’t need to be able to touch your toes.
You don’t need to look like a yoga teacher.
And you don’t need to push yourself into shapes that don’t feel right for your body.
These classes are about creating a practice you can actually inhabit.
A practice that challenges you when you’re ready to be challenged, gives you space to explore when you need to slow down, and helps you build a stronger, more mobile and more connected body over time.

What your practice can help you build

Strength that supports you beyond the mat

Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow can offer a dynamic, physical practice that asks you to engage, stabilise and move with intention.
Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to build strength that helps you feel more capable and grounded in your body.

More mobility and freedom of movement

Rather than chasing flexibility for the sake of a deeper-looking pose, you’ll explore movement and mobility in a way that encourages you to understand and work with your body.
The goal isn’t to force your way further.
It’s to discover what becomes possible when you practise consistently.

A stronger relationship with your breath

Your breath is part of the practice — not something happening in the background.
You’ll be encouraged to connect movement and breath, creating a practice that asks you to be present rather than simply moving from one pose to the next.

A deeper mind-body connection

Sometimes you can spend the entire day in your head.
Yoga gives you somewhere else to go.
Back into your body.
Back into your breath.
Back into the present moment.
Through regular practice, you’ll have the opportunity to develop greater awareness of how your body feels, moves and responds.

Your yoga practice, with room for real life.

You don’t need to rearrange your entire week around yoga.
These classes give you options.

Weekly sessions

Build consistency with regular live classes and make yoga part of your routine.

Only £10.00 per class.

30–60 minute options

Some days you have an hour. Some days you have 30 minutes.
Choose the session length that works for you.

Live online

Practise from wherever you are, without needing to travel to a studio.
Roll out your mat at home and join the class live.

Recordings included

Can’t make it live?
Your class recordings will be available for 3 months, so you can return to the practice when it suits you.

One practice. More flexibility.

The aim isn’t to make yoga another thing you’re failing to keep up with.
It’s to make it easier to keep coming back.

Meet your teacher

I’m a 200-hour trained yoga teacher specialising in Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Flow.
My approach is rooted in the belief that yoga should feel welcoming, empowering and accessible to different bodies, abilities and levels of experience.
I’m interested in much more than how a pose looks.
I’m interested in helping you explore what happens when you bring together strength, mobility, breath and awareness.

And I’m committed to continuing to learn, too.

At the end of 2026, I’ll be travelling to India to undertake a further 300 hours of yoga teacher training, deepening my knowledge and bringing what I learn back into my teaching.
Because being a good teacher also means remaining a student.
