How much coaching will I need?

Before any coaching agreement is made Nicola will take you through a Consultation session which will enable her to identify all areas she can help you with. She will then be able to advise what package suits you best.

Can you really help me get over my fear of Snakes?

YES, fast phobia is an NLP technique which has been very successful. A previous client actually went on to buy a pet snake!

My daughter has an active eating disorder, can you help her?

If you are seeking treatment through your healthcare provider, it is advisable that you continue this treatment first. Once this care has ceased, Nicola can offer help with the underlying issues around Body Image and Self Love which may have been factors in the Eating Disorder.

How long are the sessions?

Personal Training sessions are 60mins long whereas coaching can be from 30-90 mins but you will have had an agreed time slot assigned for you.

What is Time Line Therapy?

Time Line Therapy or TLT is a powerful therapeutic process that has evolved from hypnosis and NLP, developed by Tad James, PhD in the 1980s. Using the concept that we store our memories in a linear manner, our Time Line can be used to help detach painful emotions to events in the past.
The Emotions we work with are Anger, Sadness, fear, Hurt, and Guilt.
One of the many advantages of TLT is that it enables you to release and clear gestalts or (chains) of an emotion from the Root giving the client the feeling of ‘Clearance’, a ‘blank page’ or ‘Freedom’ in a short space of time and without having to talk over memories from the past

Where are the sessions?

Nicola teaches Weightlifting and PT inside Youssef Strength training facility in Formby and also Taylors Strength in Liverpool. 

All other classes can be done outside, in the park or at your home and coaching can be done online via Zoom. (Face to face coaching sessions are also available).
