EMDR
I have been having EMDR sessions to heal childhood trauma. As I coach, I wanted to share my journey and show my clients that I am also committed to my personal development journey.
You only know what you know and you can only heal what you are willing to feel.
It was time for my EMDR and my most recent relationship showed me my shadows.
I am grateful to my ex-girlfriend for showing me what was mine so I could go and work on it and better myself for my future.

Festivals
This summer I taught workshops at Latitude Festival and Om & Bass and I’m so grateful for all the opportunities to share my work and meet lovely people.
It’s been a fast-paced and wild summer but I had some really nice times.
Tarot cards
I had the idea of creating my own Body Confidence tarot card deck and have done 2/3 photoshoot days so far. We’ve had such a blast shooting in the water, and forest, and we’ve had fun with smoke, fire and holly powder.
